CUGH 2018 Satellite Session

Disparities in Global Surgery:
Building systems and networks through collaboration.
Surgical, obstetric and anesthesia care plays an integral role in primary health care and includes access to diagnostic technologies including radiology and pathology to appropriately treat disease processes. The challenge remains to bring access to safe and affordable surgical, obstetric and anesthesia care to low resource settings in our world where 5 billion people have no access.
This full-day CUGH-satellite session will bring together experts and panels to explore just how we can take action to identify and fill the gaps through multispecialty collaboration in low resource areas.

On November 9th 2017, along with friends, family, generous donors and Representative Sonya Harper from the 6th District and Josh Arce from The Pact, the Sadanah Foundation hosted an awareness event with a silent auction to raise funds and increase visibility of the foundation.
