Roland is a Senior Adviser working with start-ups, multinational corporate's, venture capitalists and PE firms. With over 25 years of experience in Strategy, Organisational and Technology consulting, he offers expertise in the converging communications, technology and digital spaces. He has considerable experience in a broad range of strategy positioning, development and transformation initiatives for customers across the ecosystem and he has led client engagements in multiple industry verticals such as Healthcare, Transport and Micro-mobility, Utilities, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Automotive focusing on strategic change related programs. Prior to his current role, he has held leadership roles at some of the prominent Management Consulting firms leading projects in Europe, Middle East, Asia, US and Latin America. He holds a degree in Economics, with specialism in Accounting from the University of London.
Romie Mushtaq,

Dr. Romie Mushtaq, MD brings over 20 years of authority in neurology, integrative medicine, and mindfulness to transform the well-being of individuals and organizations. She completed her medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she won numerous teaching & research awards. She has worked in academic and community neurology settings, serving as a physician leader and completing research focused on anti-epileptic drugs and epilepsy in women. In 2014 after her own life-saving surgery, Dr. Romie founded her wellness company to transform workplace wellness paradigms. She is an award-winning speaker and national media expert. She currently serves as Chief Wellness Officer of Evolution Hospitality, where she has successfully scaled a mindfulness & wellness program to over 7000 employees.
Mohamed Sadeq Ali,
MBA
Sadeq is a serial entrepreneur and founding team member of 5 companies. He is currently an MD at Root NYC, an NYC-based Venture Studio & Advisory company, Founder of Archimydes, a Global Software Development Guild, and Chairman of AccurKardia, a stealth digital-health AI company in the cardiac care space. He started his career at Accenture, where he advised some of the worlds leading private and public sector organizations through the 2000s and led technology teams that built NYC 3-1-1 for then-Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Sadeq has a BE in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ben Hays,

Ben is a senior adviser who enables companies to bridge the gap between business and technology for improved decision making and collaboration. He has significant experience guiding conglomerates through mergers & acquisitions, improving business processes, and leveraging critical data. He has led large global technology implementations across multiple industries including Agriculture, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Manufacturing. Ben holds a BBA in Information Systems Management. He strives to develop technology that supports and enhances healthcare delivery in remote and underserved areas around the world.
Alex Fair
While working on his Ph.D. in Pathology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Alex took a break to found his first health tech startup. That first company was bought by a company that had just gone public and he has never looked back, starting new companies and running them ever since. He still wants to cure cancer and fix healthcare, but now he does so by enabling hundreds of new companies to get to market faster and more reliably. He has also served as adviser or mentor to scores of startups, corporations, accelerators, and governments; designed the NYC HealthTech Pilot program; and developed H2NYC, the world’s largest Health Innovation meetup group that has helped hundreds of new ideas in healthcare get found and funded faster and was the genesis of MedStartr.
