InciSioN, the International Student Surgical Network, is an international non-profit organization for medical and public health students, residents, and young doctors in the field of global surgery. InciSioN started as an informal group of students in 2014 and grew to become the formally established organization InciSioN in March 2016.

In Conjunction with Northwestern Trauma & Surgical Initiative,
Our Team at Sadanah has
Conducted over 75 free Trauma First Responder Courses all over Chicago, training bystanders from different communities to take action in an event of a traumatic injury.
Trained over 1500 community members across Chicago, giving them the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to provide rapid and effective care to trauma victims and empowering them to take an active role in caring for those affected by violence.
Instructed high school students from 9 different schools in 2 different school districts and plan to continue to incorporate additional schools in the future.
Our research in India is based in the rural community of Nanakpur, Haryana.
With the help of the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) and Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER,) we at Sadanah are training first responders, advocating for Nanakpurs community health workers, and collaborating with the local government in Haryana to improve access to trauma and surgical care.
Indian Health Initiative
In an effort to reduce injury morbidity and mortality within the Bolivian population, we at Sadanah facilitate the creation of evidence-based policy and interventions for injury prevention and trauma care quality improvements.
